The air layer (also known as health cloth) is a double-sided knitted fabric with a sandwich structure. Guangyuan cotton and Spandex air-layer knitted fabric is woven with high-quality cotton yarn and Spandex yarn. The two layers of fabrics are connected in a spring-like manner by polyurethane yarns to form a hollow air interlayer. This interlayer stores still air and forms a natural thermal insulation barrier with excellent thermal insulation performance. Cotton gives the fabric moisture absorption, breathability, softness and skin-friendliness; the Spandex connection structure gives the fabric its own "air-feeling" and fluffy degree while maintaining just the right amount of resilience. The surface of the fabric is smooth and delicate, has good size stability and stiffness, and is not easy to deform. After finishing, the fabric is firm and has excellent stretch recovery.
